Weber Machinery (Weber Food Technology GmbH) is a global leader in the development and production of slicing machines for cold cuts and cheese, represented in 21 countries worldwide.

For our company located just outside Helsinki, we are looking for a skilled Service Technician who can independently coordinate and carry out service assignments at customer sites. You will become part of a strong team responsible for installing and servicing production lines at food manufacturers throughout Finland.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and execute service assignments, ensuring that our customers’ equipment is maintained to the highest standards. We are a small team of two Service Technicians in Finland and ten across Scandinavia. We place great emphasis on engagement and strong cross-border collaboration – which we reciprocate with attractive employment terms and a high degree of autonomy.

The role is varied, and you will continuously help shape the position with a focus on delivering high service quality, ensuring structured service visits, and following up on service agreements. You can expect travel days throughout Finland, primarily within the South Otrobothnia – Ostrobothnia region.

Who are you?

You are trained as an automation technician, electrician, metalworker, or similar, and you have experience installing and servicing technical equipment. Experience with complex automated production lines is a strong advantage; however, if not, you will be supported by a highly competent team who can provide the necessary training.

You are outgoing, solution-oriented, and understand the importance of delivering excellent service. Customer satisfaction is key to our success, and we take pride in getting the job done right the first time.

Structure, initiative, attention to detail, follow-up, and a positive attitude are qualities we value highly. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. Experience communicating in a Scandinavian business context is considered a significant advantage, as we work closely with colleagues across the Nordic region.
