Lund HR is owned by Flemming Lund. I am an experienced business leader with previous roles as a senior consultant in headhunting and recruitment, as a sales and marketing manager in the construction industry, the rehabilitation industry, and the food industry, and with 7 years of experience as the founder and owner of a company in the renewable energy sector.
Further to my business experience I have a board education and a HD (Graduate Diploma) in Sales & Marketing from Aalborg University and a CBA (Certificate in Business Administration) which is a management education from AVT Business School supported by Harward Business School. Further I am educated in NeoPi3 personlighedstest , First Mind og I-S-T 2000 intelligence-structure-test.
For 19 years, I have been part of the managementteam in both larger and smaller companies. I have experienced the importance of having the right team around me. I have experienced the value of a cohesive organization working in the same direction.
Finding new employees who ensure this requires experience and understanding to match professional qualifications with personal characteristics and competencies.
Since 1. January 2016 I have been Headhunter assisting companies finding new dedicated and qualified employees. Naturally, I place emphasis on professional competencies, but I also highly value personal qualities, which is why in conversations I focus a great deal on the person behind the application.
